Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 12 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours using USPS delivery standard is 3 - 4 days.
• We do not ship outside of the U.S at this time.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Economy shipping for orders over $200

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopsolemne@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
